Water treatment without the guesswork.
RRMC combines hands-on plumbing and mechanical experience with independent laboratory testing. When water quality is uncertain, we can collect or coordinate samples, use accredited lab results to identify the problem, then recommend and service treatment equipment that fits the actual water.
Water Sampling & Lab Coordination
Collection and submission of drinking-water samples for bacteriological and chemical analysis, with laboratory testing handled through CARO Analytical Services in Kelowna.
Water Quality Troubleshooting
Investigation of hardness, staining, sediment, odour, taste, scale, low treatment performance and other common private-well or building water concerns.
Filtration & Conditioning
Installation, service and troubleshooting of sediment filtration, carbon filtration, water softeners and other point-of-entry treatment equipment.
UV & Reverse Osmosis
Installation and service of ultraviolet disinfection and reverse-osmosis systems, including filter changes, lamp service and troubleshooting of existing equipment.
Chlorination
Chlorination and disinfection work for wells, storage, piping and water systems, with follow-up sampling available where appropriate.
Existing System Repair
Not sure what the old equipment in the mechanical room is doing? RRMC can inspect, identify, service and troubleshoot existing treatment systems before recommending replacement.
Asset Management & Proactive Maintenance Plans
Documentation and maintenance planning for water-treatment and related mechanical equipment. RRMC can inventory system assets, record model and service information, identify consumables and maintenance intervals, and build a practical proactive maintenance plan to help reduce surprise failures and keep critical equipment on schedule.
Test first. Equipment second.
The goal is to solve the water problem, not simply sell more equipment.
South Okanagan water is rarely one-size-fits-all.
- Private wells and rural homes
- Hard-water and scale problems
- Iron or mineral staining
- Sediment and cloudy water
- Taste and odour complaints
- UV system maintenance
- Reverse-osmosis service
- Water softener troubleshooting
- Filter and media replacement
- Seasonal and vacant properties
- Wineries and agricultural properties
- Golf courses and small commercial sites
- Asset inventories and proactive maintenance planning
For regulated drinking-water systems or work requiring specialized operator, engineering or regulatory approval, RRMC will work within the applicable requirements and bring in the appropriate specialist where needed.
RRMC Water System Check
A practical first visit for homeowners or property managers who have questionable water, inherited treatment equipment, recurring staining or scale, or simply want to understand what their system is doing.
System Review
Source, pressure system, filters, softener, UV, RO, chemical feed equipment and visible piping condition.
Testing Plan
Determine which field checks or laboratory samples make sense before spending money on treatment equipment.
Clear Recommendations
A straightforward explanation of what appears to be happening, what the lab says and what the next treatment or service step should be.
Repair Before Replace
When existing equipment can be serviced or corrected, that comes before automatically replacing the whole system.
